In line with the continuous support of the United Arab Emirates to all sectors in the Socotra Archipelago, especially the service and security sectors, within the efforts in improvement quality of life and promotion of security in the Archipelago. Director General of Security in the Governorate of Socotra, Brigadier General Ali Ahmed Al Rajdihi, checked the police vehicles, provided by the United Arab Emirates, in Abu Dhabi today, which were the second batch of 27 recent police vehicles. It would be considered as an essential contribution to promotion of security in Socotra.
It was worth noting that in line with the logistic and police support, the United Arab Emirates provided 22 vehicles before aiming at promoting the role of the police and security in the Governorate, and assuring commitment to provision of services to the people of Socotra.
No doubt, this second batch would help in facing challenges that the policemen face with regard to achieve stability and security.
