Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation provided Sheikh Khalifa Hospital in Socotra with medical sterilizers to face the novel coronavirus as preventive measures to avoid spread of the coronavirus on the Island. This was an initiative by the United Arab Emirates within the humanitarian concern to support Socotra in all sectors including the health sector.
Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Hospital installed the sterilizer equipment provided by Khalifa Foundation in the corridors of the hospital.
It was worth noting that Khalifa Foundation paid a great attention to the health sector in Socotra since the outbreak of the novel coronavirus around the world, as it provided Socotra International Airport with temperature screening devices to detect the novel coronavirus.
