UAE ship anchored and unloaded its load of humanitarian aid the people of Socotra in the port of Socotra today, which would meet the needs for the people in all villages and districts in the Socotra Archipelago.
Official at Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation said that the arrival of the ship was within the humanitarian and developmental efforts of the United Arab Emirates in Socotra. He added that the ship included food, power generators and fishing boats for fishermen in addition to several equipment to support the service and vital projects to meet needs of the people. He also assured that the limitless giving actions by Khalifa Foundation aimed at meeting requirements of the people of Socotra and making them happy.
In turn, the people of Socotra expressed their happiness and joy for arrival of this ship and its load, since it would provide thousands of families with living requirements.
