In line with the humanitarian activities by the United Arab Emirates represented by Khalifa Foundation in Socotra, the UAE transported group of critical patients to be treated in the most elevated hospitals in the United Arab Emirates. This was in line with concern of Khalifa Foundation with provision of all health and humanitarian services to all people of Socotra.
A medical official highlighted that 9 critical patients were transported on “Royal Jet” plane to be treated in the United Arab Emirates. Patients included cancer and fire injuries cases.
He also highlighted that one of the transported patients was 50% burnt due to fire. It was worth noting that Khalifa Foundation transported companions of families of patients with them.
It was worth noting that Khalifa Foundation always concerned with providing people of Socotra with the best possible health services in Socotra. This was largely welcomed by people of Socotra, who expressed their gratitude and appreciation to Khalifa Foundation and the United Arab Emirates.
