Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation transported group of critical cases from Socotra Governorate to hospitals in the United Arab Emirates to be treated on expenses of the Foundation today.
An Official at Khalifa Foundation highlighted that 6 critical cases were transported today. The cases were suffering from heart diseases and brain hemorrhage. The Official also mentioned that transportation of these critical cases was in line with efforts of Khalifa Foundation in health sector on the Island to mitigate suffering of people, and highlighted that the plane was ready with all requirements for medical transportation to monitor their conditions until arrival to the hospital in Abu Dhabi.
In this regard, families of these patients expressed their deep appreciation to Khalifa Foundation for transportation of their beloved to be treated and return in good health condition. They also asserted that these deeds would remain alive in memories of all people of Socotra.
