For a week without interruption, “Suqia… Message for Hope” initiative continued its support to the people of the western coastline, who suffered from lack of drinking and other purposes water due to malfunction of Aiheft Water Project.
Khalifa Foundation could, with “Suqia… Message for Hope” initiative, help many people, as the teams worked around the clock to connect water to the people without further interruption.
This initiative was largely welcomed by the people of Socotra, since water was very necessary for life. In this regard, the people expressed their sincere thanks and appreciation to the United Arab Emirates represented by Khalifa Foundation and its Representative, His Excellency Khalfan Al Mazrouei.
