The Socotra Institute for Training and Consultation in Socotra has launched two courses in the field of kindergarten, with the support of the Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation.
Abdul Rahman Al-Akhras, the Deputy Director of Socotra Institute for Training and Consultation, explained that the number of students enrolled in the two sessions is 40 boys and girls, and the two sessions would be in the morning and the other in the evening.
Al-Akhras added that during the two sessions, the children will receive lessons in the basics of the English language such as letters and numbers and a number of important and basic words for them that would help them learn the English language, which lasts about a month and a half, in addition to lessons in drawing, reading and viewing through the center’s library designated for children to instill in them love Reading, reading and learning from a young age.
Al-Akhras indicated that the Institute is keen to prepare students and rehabilitate them cognitively through the establishment of various courses in English language, computer and kindergarten, and to raise their abilities in this aspect that helps them in their scientific and practical future.
At the beginning of the two sessions, the Institute handed over a booklet for children containing stationery tools that would help them write down their lessons and remember them constantly.
