On Monday, December 02, 2019, Socotra Institute for Training and Consultation honored 56 male and female students in different age groups with certificates of honor after passing their advanced levels in English successfully.
Mr. AbdelRahman Al Akhras, Deputy Manager of Socotra Institute, mentioned to Socotra Online that the Institute honored group of its distinguished students who passed their levels in English Course.
He added that the Institute announced on beginning of advanced levels with support of Khalifa Foundation. He also highlighted that the Institute conducted a placement test for 40 male and female students, who were awarded scholarships provided by Khalifa Foundation.
Student Saleh Yassin Daheq mentioned that the Institute was considered as a leading and unique institute in Socotra, and expressed his thanks and appreciation to Khalifa Foundation for its support to Education in Socotra.
Student Somia Mohamed Syoffi expressed her thanks and appreciation to Khalifa Foundation, and mentioned that the staff consisted of qualified and specialized foreign instructors that helped her in reaching to advanced levels in English and computer.
It was worth noting that the Institute was established as an initiative by Khalifa Foundation to qualify students and government personnel through provision of different English and computer courses.
