The Socotra Institute for Training and Consultation of the Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation celebrated the graduation of a new batch of students in the Computer Department yesterday.
Abdul Rahman Al-Akhras, the Deputy Director, said that this batch of 41 students graduated from the computer department, at different levels, after completing the courses that lasted for nearly a month and a half.
He pointed out that the Institute continued its activities on an ongoing basis in the implementation of rehabilitation courses in computer, English and kindergarten courses, with the permanent support of the Khalifa Foundation.
During the honoring ceremony, some presentations prepared by the graduate students were presented under the supervision of the Institute’s management, which dealt with societal issues, including the danger of plastic pollution and its negative effects on the environment and citizens’ lives.
The student, Abdul Malik bin Marwan, expressed his pleasure for passing the Windows and Rose courses at the Socotra Institute and adding new skills to him that would enable him to use computer better. He thanked the Institute’s management and faculty for their efforts and cooperation with the students.
Student Nizar Saad said that today we celebrate at the Socotra Institute for Training and Consultation that we have passed the Windows, Word and PowerPoint courses, and added that we are happy with the scientific level we have reached and seek to continue our scientific crop in this field. He praised the efforts of the Socotra Institute and its keenness to qualify students and provide the appropriate atmosphere and scientific means.
The student, Sheikha Yahya, expressed her happiness at graduating from the computer courses and obtaining a certificate of passing for the various courses in it, which will help us in obtaining suitable job opportunities in the near future.
Socotra Institute for Training and Consultation is the best educational platform through which students are stimulated to be creative, through the use of advanced educational methods, to provide them with a set of good skills to reach high levels of creativity in the training courses offered at the Institute, relying on creative and entertainment means.
