The Socotra Institute for Training and Consultation of the Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation celebrated the graduation of a new batch of kindergarten courses.
Abdul Rahman al-Akhras, Deputy Director of the Institute, explained that the number of participants in the course was 40 students. Over the course of two months, they received rudimentary lessons in the English language, such as letters, arithmetic numbers, colors and shapes.
He pointed out that the course was one of the courses organized by the center on an ongoing basis in light of the interest of the Khalifa Foundation in developing the capabilities of kindergartens and youth to raise their scientific capabilities to a better level.
The celebration witnessed the handing out of certificates to the graduating students and a gift from the Khalifa Foundation.
The student Jasser Ali Nasser expressed his happiness to participate in this course and the benefit he achieved from knowing letters, numbers and colors in the English language, in addition to the beautiful artistic activities. He extended his thanks to the Khalifa Foundation for its efforts to establish a generation armed with science and knowledge.
While the student Sana Ghanem confirmed that the course added to them scientific knowledge that would help them in achieving scientific excellence in the next stages. He also praised the role of teachers in the Institute and their keenness to add everything new in explaining the lessons.
