In continuation of the efforts of the Emirati brothers to improve the quality of education in the Socotra archipelago through the contribution of the Khalifa Humanitarian Foundation to support education in its various stages, primary, secondary, and university, in addition to establishing educational centers, especially the Socotra Institute for Training and Consultation, which witnessed today a solemn graduation ceremony for a group of young men and women from the archipelago in the capital Hadiboh.
Where the moments of graduation were filled with joy and happiness with the successes they achieved throughout the course, the lens of Socotra Online monitored the students’ impressions and reactions after handing them the certificates. For his part, the student Saif Ali Sioufi valued the role of the Khalifa Humanitarian Foundation in supporting education, thanking them for this support, which greatly contributed to meeting the aspirations of young people in the educational aspect, pointing out that they were honored with graduation certificates with a group of young people from different courses in English and computer, as they have achieved great benefit. While the student Abdulaziz Jalal confirmed that he will continue to enroll in the upcoming courses held by the center in order to gain more concepts in the English language, adding that he is happy that he and colleagues graduated from the various teaching courses held by the Socotra Institute for Training and Consultations.
The student Jalal expressed his thanks to Khalifa Foundation and the men of the UAE for their efforts to improve the quality of education in the Socotra Archipelago.
And in a speech by Professor Youssef Abdel-Jalil, a computer teacher at the Socotra Training and Consultation Center, he stated that the center celebrates the graduation of a new batch of students who completed a number of courses today, where 85 students graduated from various English courses and 27 students from various computer courses, adding that the center seeks to build and strengthen the educational structure of the island’s residents and aspire to open new educational horizons that enable everyone who belongs to the center to obtain the language and technical skills currently required in the labor market and the academic aspect.
