Khalifa Foundation worked on evacuating number of ships away from the beach to avoid damages during the hurricane and tropical depression that was expected to hit Socotra during the following days.
These efforts were in line with concern of Khalifa Foundation with securing properties of people of Socotra and helping them.
These efforts were largely welcomed and appreciated by the owners of ships. They commended efforts of Khalifa Foundation for the outstanding humanitarian works.
Khalifa Foundation kept assuring that the humanitarian role in Socotra was intended to provide all types of support to the people of Socotra.
