In line with the humanitarian efforts by Khalifa Foundation and the great concern by the Foundation towards provision of stable and free-of-charge electricity to the people of Socotra, the Foundation replaced the underground cables of Mosaqbhen 30th November.
Khalifa Foundation worked on replacement of the damaged cables, which caused suffering of people due to the poor electricity. Now, people of Mosaqbhen have free-of-charge electricity around the clock.
Sheikh Jamaan Makondo Anbar, Sheikh of 30th November, expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the United Arab Emirates and its humanitarian arm “Khalifa Foundation”. He also thanked Dexam Power and Water Technology for the continuous hard work.
In turn, people of Socotra expressed their appreciation to Khalifa Foundation for the great effort in provision of stable electricity around the clock free of charge.
