In a humanitarian gesture, Khalifa Foundation launched release of Ramadan payment to the civil retired people in Socotra, which was in line with helping people of Socotra and arrange their needs during the holy month of Ramadan.
During the launch, in which Engineer Rafaat Ali Ibrahim Al Thiqali, Head of Transitional Council; Sheikh Ali Essa bin Afrar, Head of Development Committee; presented, Salem Daheq Ali, Member of Development Committee, highlighted concern of Khalifa Foundation with helping people and releasing Ramadan payment.
Salem Daheq expressed gratitude and appreciation to the United Arab Emirates for the great effort in all fields. He also asserted that the UAE has been the main supporter to people of Socotra in all fields and at all times.
