His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation has supplied water tanks to the villages of the western coast of the Socotra Archipelago, as part of humanitarian campaigns to end the suffering of citizens in the provision of potable water, as a result of the scarcity and lack of water, especially in the autumn season, when rain water decreases as a result of the monsoon winds.
His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Humanitarian Foundation was present in the Socotra Center with its tanks to quench the thirst of the people and help alleviate their life suffering for many years and in various different humanitarian and development fields, and this comes in implementation of the directives of the sheikhs of the United Arab Emirates humanitarian towards the residents of the Socotra Archipelago.
The people of the West Coast extended their thanks and gratitude to the United Arab Emirates and its genuine leadership in ending their suffering and providing them with safe drinking water that helps them in their living life in light of the economic conditions that the governorate is going through.
