Khalifa Foundation continued construction of the new stage of expansion of Khalifa Hospital in Socotra as well as maintenance of medical departments in Sheikh Khalifa Hospital.
This project was in line with the prior study conducted by Khalifa Foundation that included all departments of the hospital.
This project was in line with the plan set by Khalifa Foundation to improve capacity of Sheikh Khalifa Hospital to configure the intense care unit for proper performance.
It was worth noting that Khalifa Hospital was the main health care provider in Socotra. People of Socotra expressed their happiness, gratitude and appreciation to Khalifa Foundation for maintenance and expansion of Khalifa Hospital.
Socotra Online reflected feedback of people of Socotra on expansion of the hospital. Ahmed Abdullah Ahmed Saad mentioned that these construction works would be very important for helping people of Socotra.
He aslo expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the United Arab Emirates for the humanitarian and developmental services that would contribute to helping people of Socotra.
In turn, Badr Suliman commended the effort of Khalifa Foundation in expansion and refurbishment of Khalifa Hospital. He also thanked the United Arab Emirates for support in all fields.
