People of Qabhaten welcomed the UAE food assistance team, that was sent by Khalifa Foundation, with positive feedback. It was worth noting that 562 families in Qabhaten benefited from the food assistance, which included (rice, sugar, flour, oil, tomato, dates, and salt).
Socotra Online was present to reflect feedback of people during arrival of the vehicles. Sheikh Saeed Malek, Identifier of Qabhaten, expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the UAE and Khalifa Foundation for helping people of Qabhaten through sending the food assistance, that would contribute to mitigating suffers of people. He indicated that people of Socotra used to witness help from Khalifa Foundation and the UAE.
Sheikh Suliman Ahmed Razok expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the UAE and Khalifa Foundation for the remarkable humanitarian activities in Socotra. Citizen Abdullah Saaed Noah expressed his happiness for arrival of the food assistance that would help people of Qabhaten in having all their needs, and commended the great role of the UAE in different field and at all times.
