During a competitive match and large number of audience for support to both teams in this crucial meeting. Nujed won the second card qualifying it to the quarter finals of Group 1 of Nujed Football Championship. The qualification of Nujed team was after defeating Al Minaa by three goals to one during matches of the third and final round of the group.
Al Minaa scored the first goal of the match during minute 17 by the player Awad Saeed, and Nujed scored a goal by the striker Abdullah AbdelRahman in minute 34 during the first half. During the second half, Nujed scored its second and third goals in minutes 55 and 68 by the players Saeed Essa and Aseel Ali respectively.
By this result, Nujed ensured its qualification to the quarter finals as the second position of the group with balance of 6 points after Al Nassr. Al Minaa and Dam Al Akhwin left the championship with balance of 3 points and without points respectively.
It was worth noting that Nujed Football Championship witnessed a great match with large number of audience. It also worth noting that Khalifa Foundation provided great support to the Championship for promotion of sport in Socotra.
