Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation lunched the project of construction of gas station in the southern coastline, from which thousands of people would benefit from Qarra to Matiaf, especially the fishermen, who suffered from costs of gasoline for years.
An official at Khalifa Foundation mentioned that construction of the gas station was in line with the efforts of Khalifa Foundation in expansion of different developmental and necessary services for the benefit of the people of Socotra in different fields. He highlighted that the teams of Khalifa Foundation worked hard to complete the project during short period for the benefit of the people of the Southern coastline districts.
The people expressed their happiness and joy for such works and commended the great effort of Khalifa Foundation for meeting requirements of the people of Socotra.
