Yesterday, Khalifa Foundation launched implementation of the new phase of the construction and maintenance projects in Sheikh Khalifa Hospital.
Khalifa Foundation highlighted that the project was in line with the plan for promotion of capacity of Sheikh Khalifa Hospital through preparation of intense case unit to divide rooms and space in better manner.
He also added that the project would rearrange the baby delivery unit and promote its bed capacity as well as provision of medical equipment.
In turn, Khalid Doharhen, Assistant Doctor at Khalifa hospital, highlighted that such developmental projects would contribute to improve quality of service. He also highlighted that it would be one of the most important projects in the hospital.
He also commended the great role by Khalifa Foundation in medical sector, which would be considered as the most important sector to be promoted by Khalifa Foundation.
It was worth noting that Khalifa Hospital witnessed many construction projects since its opening in 2012 including outpatients department, doctors’ accommodation and emergency unit.
