Al Zahraa Secondary School for Girls in Hadiboh in Socotra launched events of the curriculum and culture competition among divisions of the first grade of the secondary school yesterday. It was a competitive and exciting event, which was closed by winning of the first division of the first grade of secondary school with a score of 10 grades. By this score, the first division was qualified to the final phase, which would be held tomorrow, Thursday after waiting for the qualified division of the competition of Wednesday between the scientific and literature divisions of the second and third grades of secondary school.
Mr. Mohamed Moaz, Director of Secondary Schools Department, mentioned during the launch ceremony that this competition was in line with the administrative plan of the secondary schools derived from the plan of the Education Office in Qalansiyah and Governorate within the summer activities, which the Secondary Schools Department concerned with implementation every year to raise awareness of students. He also commended the great effort of Khalifa Foundation.
At the end of the competition, the Judging Committee honored the first division of the first grade of secondary school with in-kind prizes. It was worth noting that the Judging Committee consisted of Mr. Raafat Mohsen Al Hedari, Mr. Adnan Al Amarri, Ms. Anhar Omar, and Mr. Al Sayed Adel Khalaf.
