Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Hospital in Socotra performed 560 surgeries during 2019 in different specialties including orthopedic, urology and others.
The operations room received a great and continuous support from Khalifa Foundation including equipment and modern medical devices to treat patients in addition to contracting with specialized doctors to help the people.
Assistant Doctor Abdel Moez Hassan Essa, Head of Operations Department, said to Socotra Online that the operations room received 560 patients in different specialties during 2019. He also added that Khalifa Foundation supported the Hospital with many medical devices and equipment to facilitate surgeries and provide medical care.
