Today, Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Hospital in Socotra, in coordination with the Air Rescue Unit, carried out a visit to the mobile clinic in the Shaab district, far west of Socotra.
During its visits, the medical team of the clinic examined 34 sick cases in the area and prescribed the necessary treatments for them and medical advice that would help them overcoming the disease.
The medical team of the clinic said that most of the cases examined were skin diseases and cases of colds, and they were provided with anti-bacterial and anti-fungal ointments, allergy pills, cold pills, sedatives such as pendulum, antacids, soothing ointments with vitamins for bones and for pregnant women with cough sedatives.
It should be pointed out that the area was the same as most of the remote areas of the island, which are in need of visits and the provision of vitamins, blood pressure and heart medications for the cases that are there after they are counted, especially for the elderly.
The mobile clinic team at Sheikh Khalifa Hospital had carried out several visits to remote and remote areas on the island, which were cut off from the main roads, including the Hajjar district of the village of Fermin.
