Meeting of Director of Khalifa Hospital in Socotra, Dr. Ahmed Galaf, Director of Scotra Police; Brigadier Ahmed Saad Al Qadoomi, discussed the mechanism and program of COVID-19 vaccination of police members.
The meeting also discussed the importance of vaccinating all security members as they would be considered as the most exposed members of COVID-19 virus due to their direct connection with the people.
Director of Sheikh Khalifa Hospital asserted that the hospital would be ready for vaccinating the police members and adopting a medical team to vaccinate security members on spot.
Brigadier Al Qadoomi commended efforts of the Emirates Red Crescent for providing this quantity of vaccine to protect people of the Island.
