The Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation provided the center of 26th September and 30th November in the capital, Hadiboh, and its suburbs, with 300 cylinders of household gas.
This comes as part of the weekly domestic gas distribution plan for the villages and regions of Socotra, to alleviate the suffering of citizens and help heads of families to obtain gas.
The people of Markazi, 26th September and 30th November, appreciate the Foundation’s efforts to provide household gas through its tankers to relieve the burdens of the Socotri citizen, expressing their thanks and gratitude to the United Arab Emirates and its sheikhs who give Socotra and its people great interest in their continuous support in all aspects of life.
It is worth noting that the Khalifa Foundation contributed to supplying the local market with domestic gas to alleviate the suffering of the local population and reduce the monopoly process that Socotra residents resorted to after the main contractor stopped providing domestic gas, which exacerbated the suffering of the people in obtaining domestic gas.
