Today, the Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation provided the residents of the 14th October District with household gas needs.
Khalifa Foundation was keen to know the center’s needs and to run a convoy loaded with gas cylinders to meet the population’s needs of the material that is lacking in the local market.
This is part of the service efforts that Khalifa Foundation provided to the people on the island to improve their standard of living and end their suffering in the service and life aspects.
The provision and delivery of domestic gas by the Corporation to the residential centers helped alleviate the suffering of families who face difficulties in obtaining the material, and it was also one of the auxiliary factors that limit the logging of the island’s unique vegetation.
The sheikhs and citizens of the 14th October District expressed their thanks and gratitude to the United Arab Emirates for the great services it provided in their daily lives, including the distribution of gas that takes place on a daily basis on Socotra and ending the suffering of hundreds of families in this aspect.
The people expressed their happiness with the arrival of this amount of gas, which was preceded by several campaigns to cover the families’ need of this necessary substance
