Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation sterilized Socotra International Airport Upon the arrival of the medical supplies plane from the United Arab Emirates to Socotra.
The teams of Khalifa Foundation performed a full sterilization of the airport, as precautionary measure, before arrival of the plane to Socotra with the medical supplies required for fighting against COVID-19 and avoiding its spread on the Island, and did the same after its departure.
Airport operating teams praised the efforts of Khalifa Foundation fighting COVID-19.
Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation seeks to take all health and precautionary measures for disinfection and sterilization using environment-friendly materials in accordance with the highest standards of world safety and health including disinfection and sterilization of gates of terminals (arrival and departure), floors, walls, passport counters, security scanning devices, and others to prevent spread of the novel coronavirus.
