The Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation in the Socotra archipelago started providing gas to the 14th October District and the Western Coastline, where 120 small cylinders and 30 large types were distributed. It also provided the people and citizens of the western coastal strip with 150 cylinders, including 120 small and 30 large, with a total of 300 cylinders that were delivered to the homes of citizens.
All of these services provided by the Corporation came in response to the repeated call of the people regarding the difficulty of obtaining gas in light of the conditions that the country is going through with the monopoly of merchants on that product.
The people of the targeted and beneficiary centers extend their thanks to the sheikhs of the United Arab Emirates, represented by the Crown Prince, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, for his interest and continuous follow-up in providing a helping hand and assistance to advance the island to a better and wonderful level, as this is reflected positively on the Socotri citizen in a large way, adding that The Sheikh Khalifa Humanitarian Foundation has drawn joy and happiness to the people of the governorate in alleviating the lives of citizens.
