Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation launched distribution of schoolbooks to schools in Socotra. The Foundation concerned with distribution of schoolbooks for grades 1 and 2 of primary school in Umm Al Qurra Primary School in line with the efforts in relation with improvement of education sector and provision of essential requirements.
Mr. Ahmed Hamed, Principal of School, praised the role of the Foundation in provision of the schoolbooks for grades 1 and 2 of primary school printed by the United Arab Emirates in high quality. He highlighted that this would facilitate to the students to study and memorize their lessons.
In this regard, Ahmed Ali, School Deputy Under-secretary, said that this initiative was a great one that should be added to the role of Khalifa Foundation in Socotra.
It was worth noting that Khalifa Foundation worked hard to distribute schoolbooks to different schools across Socotra in line with its developmental plan relating to education sector.
