In line with the humanitarian aspect of helping the people, Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation keeps distributing food assistance during the second phase targeting Muraba 2 in Qalansiyah.
An official highlighted that the assistance included rice, sugar, flour, oil, tea, dates, as they distributed assistance to about 244 families in the determined areas, and highlighted that the Foundation aimed at securing assistance to all people across Socotra.
The people were very happy for arrival of this food assistance and expressed their appreciation for such great effort.
Mr. Ahmed Salem Ahmed Al Gamdehi commended the great effort of the United Arab Emirates represented by Khalifa Foundation, and thanked the teams of Khalifa Foundation for affording such great effort to move to these villages and districts for a long distance.
Furthermore, Mr. Mohamed Abdullah Saad Al Bashmehi highlighted that Socotra witnessed generous support from the United Arab Emirates in different development and service fields.
