The United Arab Emirates represented by Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation concerned with having a distinguished school year in 2019 -2020 in Socotra. Socotra Online was present to reflect the work of Khalifa Foundation during the last school year. It was worth noting that opening Ataya Model School had a positive effect on the people of Socotra, who noticed a great difference in relation with the educational process. The children started their school year in Ataya Model School, which was supported with teachers from Egypt. The educational process in Ataya Model School was largely welcomed by the people of Socotra, as it would provide a distinguished generation that would help the community in the future. The students showed a great progress in reading, dictation, English and computer skills.
