Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation continued its support to farmers in Qalansiyah in different agriculture seasons. Teams of Khalifa Foundation worked on moving across Socotra to support farmers to match needs of local market.
This was in line with motivating and supporting farmers to distribute seedlings in Qalansiyah, which was largely welcomed by people of the city.
Mr. Essa Saed Al Hakmi commended effort of Khalifa Foundation in different service and humanitarian fields and highlighted that agriculture sector were not new and were not limited to provision of seedlings. He also expressed his gratitude and appreciation to Khalifa Foundation for supporting farmers.
Mr. Hani Jamaan, Director of Agriculture Office in Qalansiyah, asserted that Khalifa Foundation always concerned with agriculture sector as well as supported farmers across the Socotra Archipelago.
In turn, Engineer Eyad Ali Abdella highlighted that this step was in line with instructions of Khalifa Foundation to promote and support farmers across Socotra.
