Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation finished the problem of shortage of the scientific specialty teachers in Al Zahraa Female Secondary School in Hadiboh in Socotra.
Ms. Ashwaq Al Jamhi, Principal of Al Zahraa Female Secondary School, explained that one of the most important problems that face us during the beginning of the school year was the shortage of specific education teachers. Khalifa Foundation decided this year to provide 6 teachers with high-level of learning capacity from Egypt. We commenced the school year on its date without any obstacles. She added that the teachers, who came to the school, had high education certificates in specific education (mathematics, chemistry, biology, English, and Social Studies), and would be a great addition to the school with their experience.
At the end of her statement to Socotra Online, Ms. Ashwaq Al Jamhi expressed her thanks and appreciation to Khalifa Foundation for its efforts in development of the school and meeting the requirements. In turn, the teachers expressed their happiness for being in Socotra to provide support in the secondary school, which was considered as one of the most important grades.
Al Zahraa Female Secondary School has a great importance in Socotra since its capacity was about 1,000 female students from different places and villages in Socotra.
