His Excellency Khalfan Al Mazrouei, Representative of Khalifa Foundation, met group of leaders of Socotra in the headquarters of Sultan in Hadiboh, in which they discussed group of needs of the people to be implemented in villages and islands. They discussed designing and infrastructure development phases. His Excellency Khalfan Al Mazrouei highlighted that it was required to study the needs in order to implement them.
During the meeting, His Excellency Khalfan Al Mazrouei assured it was important to meet leaders of Socotra in order to ensure the highest rate of coordination and cooperation aiming at setting worthy solution for the needs.
He highlighted that what the people discussed during the meeting was under concern of Khalifa Foundation and Emirates Red Crescent, which in turn worked on providing continuous support to the people of Socotra.
In this regard, the leaders of Socotra expressed their thanks and appreciation to the United Arab Emirates for its effort in all fields. In addition, they thanked His Excellency Khalfan Al Mazrouei for his effort in providing the people with needs.
