With real enthusiasm and desire for changing the conditions of the Archipelago towards better ones, a wide cleaning campaign in Socotra titled (Keep Hadiboh Clean) with support and organization of Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation.
The campaign, which started in front of Socotra Center for Training and Consultation, witnessed the participation of students and staff of the center and group of the youngmen and children of Socotra.
The campaign moved across group of main streets including Street 20 and the side streets. The participants raised awareness-raising signs showing the importance of such campaign as a civilized action having a positive effect on environment and people health.
The campaign removed tons of plastic, papers and car tires that deformed the general appearance in main streets. The campaign was largely supported and appreciated by the officials and people of the Governorate.
