The helicopter and gyrocopter teams following Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation conducted several inspection flights over various districts across the Socotra Archipelago during the deep depression in Socotra during the past few days.
The team inspected conditions of people after the depression to ensure their safety and inspect main and subsidiary roads as well as different service sectors.
The team assured to all people that there were no significant damages resulting from the depression, and that different roads were safe for all vehicles.
The team asserted that it would be ready for any emergency and help the people of Socotra under any circumstances. In turn, the people of Socotra commended the outstanding role of teams of Khalifa Foundation during different conditions, especially during the depression.
