The computer lab at Saif Bin Dhaizan Socotra School has launched a computer course for teachers and employees of the education sector in Qalansiyah district, which would about a month, with the support of the Khalifa Foundation.
Amr Abdel Aziz, computer instructor, confirmed that the training course targeted teachers and employees of the education sector in the city, during which they would receive various lectures on how to use the computer, which would help them in developing their institutions in a way that keeps pace with the times.
He added that the basics of information systems and how to deal with the operating system and the Word and Excel program were introduced, through which calculation tables were made, financial reports were prepared, and PowerPoint was trained.
Mr. Abdul Karim Al-Qaisi, Vice Principal of Qalansiyah Secondary School, expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Khalifa Foundation by offering this course, which came within the aspects of support provided to the education sector in the Directorate, which aimed at raising the capabilities of teachers in the use of computers.
Mr. Abdullah Ahmed Abboud stated that the computer course for the teachers of Qalansiyah Directorate was considered as an important task and expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Khalifa Foundation for adopting such courses, which aimed at raising the competencies of teachers to improve their level of computer skills.
