Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation delivered vehicles of food assistance to people of the Southern Coastline in Socotra. During distribution, Socotra Online was present to reflect feedback of people. Sheikh Abdullah Selim, Sheikh of Zayed City 1 in Setroh, mentioned that the United Arab Emirates has been the main supporter to people of Socotra.
Sheikh Ali Abdullah Al Fan thanked the UAE and its hands of charity; Khalifa Foundation, for delivering the food assistance to Badhola District in Nujed, which came just before the seasonal storms.
In turn, Mohamed Ahmed Essa, one of beneficiaries in Abtara, thanked Khalifa Foundation for its concern with helping people of Socotra to mitigate their suffering.
Fahd Abdullah Selim commended the effort and role of Khalifa Foundation in helping people of Socotra at all times.
