The students of the primary stage in Ataya Model School expressed their appreciation for the summer camp under sponsorship of Education Office in the Socotra Archipelago with coordination with Socotra Institute for Training and Consultation and support of Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation.
The summer camp worked on improvement of skills and capabilities of students through improvement of their creativity daily. In addition, it included various events and field visits that made them recognize the natural and cultural heritage of their island.
Socotra Online presented during the summer camp and reflected opinions of students and parents. Student Ahmed Abdullah said that it was a great honor to participate in this camp, which improved their knowledge. In addition, he highlighted that the teacher contributed to improvement of students’ skills in different subjects such as Arabic, English, Math …etc.
Student Amal Salem highlighted that their presence in the camp with the teaching staff and instructor from Socotra Institute for Training and Consultation helped them in acquiring knowledge and participating in different activities and events such as drawing, poetry, and different arts.
Student Ali Abdel Raheem expressed his joy and happiness for participating in this camp and acquiring such various knowledge in addition to improvement of skills in English, Arabic and Dictation.
