Eid in Socotra is not too far different than other countries in the Muslim world, but you can find traditions and customs of Socotra that gives Eid a different taste. To recognize such traditions and customs of Eid, we had an interview with Mr. Salem Mohamed Al Jadmehi. He highlighted that Eid in Socotra always begins with high sound of prayers from the mosque.
He also added that women clean streets surrounding their houses at the night before the Eid, and you can witness Socotra in one outstanding look.
In turn, Saad Mesdad Abdullah wished to all Arab and Muslim good days during Eid and prayed to God to accept all prayers.
