Wide feedback by people and students of Socotra for distribution of school books by Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation at Ataya Model School. This distribution was in line with the annual preparations of the support provided by the Foundation to the education sector in the Socotra Archipelago.
Many people knew the importance of the school books, which would be considered as the most important source of knowledge and one of the education resources.
It could not be imagined how teaching process would move in case of lack of school books. In spite of the alternatives that teachers had in case of lack of the school books such as blackboards and used books, this would not be enough.
This did not fulfill requirements of good education, as the school books would be very important in simplifying information and exchange of experiences.
The school books would be effective in development of scientific thinking and solving problems. School books would be the main support of the official education.
