Khalifa Foundation distributed food assistance to 378 families in 13 districts and villages in the east coast of the Socotra Archipelago the day before yesterday.
The food assistance included (flour, rice, sugar, tea, dates and oil). In addition, the team of Khalifa Foundation made the children happy by giving toys and gifts to them.
During distribution, Socotra Online had a conversation with citizen Selim Jamaan, who said that the United Arab Emirates used to help them in all districts across Socotra, and expressed his appreciation to Khalifa Foundation.
In this regard, Ibrahim Ashour Abdullah expressed his thanks and appreciation to team of Khalifa Foundation for affording such great effort to reach to his village with such food assistance that would contribute to helping many families in the east coast of Socotra.
Essa Mahfouz expressed his deep appreciation for the outstanding effort of Khalifa Foundation, the hand of charity of the United Arab Emirates.
