Dexim Power following Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation carried out maintenance of electricity lines today, which was damaged due to the tropical cyclone Bhavan.
Technical official at Dexim Power said to Socotra Online that the engineering team was mobilized in the harmed districts such as Masaqbahen, Maanofa and Sarhen this morning in order to reconnect electricity.
An official highlighted that Dexim Power disconnected electricity in districts, where the lines damaged due to heavy rain, for safety of homes and people in streets.
The people commended the effort of Dexim Power and its concern with reconnecting it.
