Today, Thursday June 25, 2020, Development Committee of Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation headed by Sultan Ali Essa bin Afrar and with presence of Engineer Eyad Ali, Representative of Foundation in Agriculture sector; and identifier of tribes, discussed marketing dates in addition to mechanisms of storing and wrapping for protecting from the palm weevil.
It was worth noting that Khalifa Foundation helped in supporting and encouraging farmers to produce and market better harvest.
Engineer Eyad Ali said that they discussed the mechanisms of marketing dates and encouraging farmers for better harvest. He also highlighted that an integrated factory was established to store and wrap dates.
