In line with the great support by Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation to health sector in Socotra, CT Scan device was installed in Sheikh Khalifa Hospital to be the first and biggest medical scanning department in Socotra. This department was considered as one of the important pillars of the Hospital, on which many patients depend to diagnose cases.
Ahmed Musalam Al Fan, Head of Radiology Department, assured that this device was configured and installed in Khalifa Hospital with developed digital device with support of Khalifa Foundation. He added that it was considered as one of the most important devices in the hospital for diagnosing cases.
Ahmed Al Deximi, Nurse at Khalifa Hospital, said that the United Arab Emirates provided a great and generous support to the Socotra Archipelago in general and health sector in particular by establishing this sole medical center and promoting it with the latest devices including the CT Scan device.
Ahmed Saad Badbah, Resident in Dexim, expressed his thanks and appreciation to the United Arab Emirates for the great support to Khalifa Hospital.
By involving this device, the dream of people of Socotra has become true thanks to plan developed by Khalifa Foundation and with instructions of its Representative His Excellency Khalfan Al Mazrouei.
