Celebrations for opening of Sheikh Zayed Health Center in Shoab has been continuous with large welcome by people of Shoab and people across Socotra.
In turn, people of Shoab expressed their gratitude and appreciation to Khalifa Foundation for the great support and generous finance for the center, which would help in providing the people with better health services. Many families expressed their happiness for opening such medical center.
Opening was large and presented by Sultan Ali Essa and Directors General of Qalansiyah in addition to Health Office Director. In such celebration, many important achievements by Khalifa Foundation in Qalansiyah were highlighted.
Sultan Ali Essa bin Afrar, Head of Development Committee at Khalifa Foundation, asserted that UAE always concerned with helping people of Socotra in different sectors.
Mohamed Salem, Director of Sheikh Zayed Center, thanked the United Arab Emirates and its humanitarian arm “Khalifa Foundation” for opening the center. He also thanked officials of Khalifa Foundation for the generous support.
