Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation continued providing mountain districts of Dexam with potable water through “Suqia for Hope” Campaign to help people in relation with lack of water over the year.
In turn, people of Dexam expressed their appreciation and gratitude to the United Arab Emirates and Sheikh Khalifa Foundation for helping people of Socotra in general and people of Dexam in specific. They also asserted that the Foundation always helped them through several humanitarian activities and significant efforts in different fields.
There is no doubt that efforts afforded by the United Arab Emirates in the Socotra Archipelago have helped in development of the Island.
