Suqia for Hope campaign implemented by Khalifa Foundation continued delivering water tanks to people across Socotra to provide them with clean potable water. the Campaign worked on provision of people of Dexam with potable water during the holy month of Ramadan. All remote and rough areas in Dexam witnessed arrival of water tanks, especially districts that suffered from lack of water, as people used to depend on rain and water of wells.
Khalifa Foundation used to deliver regular clean water tanks to Dexam and other districts across Socotra that suffered from lack of water. it was worth noting that relief teams moved through long and rough roads to remote areas to provide people with potable water.
In turn, people of Dexam and benefited villages commended value and importance of this community and humanitarian initiative, and asserted that Khalifa Foundation has been the main supporter to people of Socotra.
Teams of relief and assistance of Khalifa Foundation afford great efforts to deliver potable water to the remote areas in line with “Suqia for Hope” campaign launched by Khalifa Foundation.
