For the second successive day, the “Break your Fast” initiative achieved a great success, since large number of fasting Muslims in Socotra were benefiting from the initiative. The iftar was delivered to their homes by Khalifa Foundation and with support of the Emirates Red Crescent.
No doubt, the initiative was one of the initiatives that was well-known among the people of the Socotra Archipelago. Since the first day, the initiative was largely welcomed by the people of Socotra. The Emirates Red Crescent reached to the mosques on the main roads on the Island, which reflected the great concern with meeting the requirements and needs of the people of Socotra.
