Teams of the civil defense of Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation contaminated the fire that broke out in a restaurant in the capital Hadiboh. The civil defense was reported that fire broke out in Al Baraka Restaurant next to Socotra University. The team moved immediately to put out the fire, and there were no injuries.
Investigations concluded to the fact that the fire broke out because the gas cylinder in the kitchen was burnt, and the fire went larger. The direct and quick intervention by the civil defense team helped in avoiding damages and financial loss.
By this achievement, the civil defense team of Khalifa Foundation asserted that it would be ready to face any emergencies to help people of Socotra around the clock.
